I was really excited when my sister introduced me to Wynk. I have PCOS and was taking multiple different vitamins and supplements every day so having one thing to take has been so nice! I've been using Soul Cyster for about a month and I have noticed less carb and sugar cravings which is a huge plus. Still giving it another couple of months to see more results. As far as flavor, I've only tried the voodoo lemonade and really enjoy it! Drinking it twice a day every day is getting old but I don't want to get stuck with a flavor I don't like for a whole month so I'm hesitant to try a new flavor. I really wish there were sample flavor packets. I also have stopped using the colorful tin that came with it. The bag stays closed better if I'm on the go and it's hard to get your hand to the bottom of the tin when it starts to get low.
