If you decide within the first 30 days of your purchase that our products aren't for you, we will refund you the purchase amount of your first order. Please reach out to us at hello@wynknu.com to get started.  

Water bottles are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wynknu.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Chargebacks
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on our no-sell list.
