Shipping policy

 

All orders are generally processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by USPS
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we provide and recommend Route Shipping Insurance)


Domestic Shipping:
Free shipping on all orders over $40 inside the contiguous U.S.! You can expect your package to deliver within 2 to 5 business days after being shipped. This is an estimate and is completely dependent on our shipping provider.


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wynknu.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
