I am 100% in love with this product! I started to notice changes a week after starting Soul Cyster. My periods are bearable and so much lighter and no cramping. My hair growth on my body has substantially slowed down (went from shaving EVERYDAY to being ablr to go 5 days before needing to shave). My cravings have stopped, I've been able to cut soda and sugar completely out of my diet and have finally seen the scale move in the opposite direction for the first time in a long time! I was diagnosed at age 17 with PCOS and could have been diagnosed as early as 13, now at the age of 28, being able to see a difference has made life more enjoyable and I've never felt better!

it's only been a month, but I am beginning to notice differences in my skin, libido, energy is up, and while I doubt the scale's moved at all, my clothes are fitting differently. so far, so good. and the flavor I got is good (polar punch). we'll see with longer use if it's actually working or if it's all placebo effect.

I love this product - my last period was the easiest, lightest, most pain free period I’ve ever had. I typically get 4-7 painful hormonal acne cysts the week before and week of my period, have a heavy enough flow I become anemic the week of, and have painful cramps and I got zero cysts, had so much energy, had a super light flow and no cramps. I cannot recommend this enough!

I have PCOS and I have only been on this project for 2 months but I’m feeling better. It’s so simple I start my day with breakfast and a drink , which taste great, and I go about my day. I love how 1 packets has so much in them.

I found this at the right time. I was giving up hope on a lot of things and this stuff changed it all. I'm getting better sleep, my dark skin is gone, I've lost 5lbs and my facial hair is less. The taste is a bit sweet but I've had worse and I'm not a side drinker. I don't know what I'll do without this stuff.

I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks and my cramps have just about gone away. Lemon voodoo and rainbow flavors just about taste identical. I also feel just overall better. Looking forward to seeing the effects a few months down the road.

After taking this for almost 3 months, I have more energy and significantly less bloating when I take this everyday. It's a noticeable difference after I drink this! The only thing I would change would be to make a flavorless option. I'm not a huge fan of any of the flavors, so it would be nice to have the option to add this mix to whatever I want to drink (like coffee or tea). Also, the perforated lines on the packages are terrible. They are not travel friendly at all. I always have to get a pair of scissors to cut it open, because it won't tear open enough to actually get the mix out.
